Deluxe King Studios

The Deluxe King Studios are a popular choice at The Pines and the one most of our amazing reviews are referring to.

Set up as a small studio apartment with windows on two sides. The king studios are individually furnished and all include a king bed with premium 100% cotton 400TC sheets, kitchenettes with cook tops, a full-size fridge and freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster oven, ice maker and the pots, pans, and dishes to feel at home. The bathrooms have walk-in showers and custom essential oil bath products.

The living area offers a quiet air conditioner/heater, a comfortable reading chair, a dinette set for two, streaming smart TV with live and premium channels.

Right outside your door you’ll find a covered patio set to enjoy rain or shine with your own outdoor ceiling fan for comfort. This offers a great place to enjoy the quiet mornings with your coffee and the soft sounds of trickling water from the koi pond.

Everything is on the ground floor, a few steps from your parking space. No stairs, no front desk, no waiting — your door code is texted to you before you even arrive.

Check-in starts at 3:00pm and Checkout is 11:00am.

We’re on property and available if you need us and to suggest things to do or where to find the best food in town.

The Studios are also the choice for many guests that are here for long term work assignments such as traveling nurses and doctors.
